Intro to Freediving Course

Take those advanced snorkeling skills to the next level in this 1 Day freediving course. We will show you how to improve  your breath hold and technique, basic safety, eliminate bad habits, and show you how to freedive using the most efficient and safe freediving practices.

Course Details


During this course you will use the following equipment:

Wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, weight belt, weights (available for rent)


Student learning materials:

FII manual and workbook. All course materials are provided by the instructor at the beginning of each course


Course duration:
1 day program. Minimum 4 hours of academic classroom work, 3 hours of confined water pool training.


Please view and complete the medical waiver form at least 48 hours prior to your course






Minimum age requirement:Participants must be 16 years or older. Minors 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult.



$150 per diver (not including taxes and fees)


If you choose to continue your education for $149 take the level 1 course and earn your freediving certification

Q: What is the difference between this course and the level 1 course?

A: This course is the first day of the level 1 course and does not include the ocean session. Should you choose to continue to day 2 you can earn a freediving certification. This course does not include a certification.
